Ash Lovegood

Yoga Instructor,
Special Education Professional

  • Ash Lovegood (they/them) was raised in Toledo and enjoys working in the Special Education department at Toledo School for the Arts. They enjoy spending time with their wife Elise, playing the guitar and piano, and diving deep into whatever topic is currently interesting them (typically surrounding psychology, animals, and autism).

Using their own experience navigating the world as a neurodivergent human, Ash brings humor, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. Their classes are rooted in accessibility, nervous system care, and the belief that we’re already enough.

    • Chair Yoga: This chair-based yoga class is designed for people of all sizes, abilities, and energy levels. We’ll explore gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness in ways that support our bodies and nervous systems — no getting on the floor required. Whether new to yoga, managing pain or mobility limitations, or just needing a softer space to land, this class is an invitation to reconnect with ourselves exactly as we are.

Max

Pet Companion

  • Max is an endless source of nervous system support, love, and the reminder that simply sitting and enjoying a cool breeze hitting your face is the good stuff. He helps me to stay in the moment and reminds me that I’m not alone.

Wilco

Pet Companion

  • Wilco has gotten me through some very difficult times, and I’m so thankful that I was chosen to be his guardian.
