She believes in the restorative power of movement, and how when it is used to honor the body rather than change it, it can lead to both physical vitality and deep emotional resilience.
When she’s not at TMI (or the gym, or rollerblading, walking at a metropark, playing pickleball, etc. . . .), she loves to:

Moosh is my best friend and a great model of presence and authenticity. One of my favorite things to do is follow him around outside and view the world through his eyes. He has such a sweet innocence and wonder to him when he lays in the grass listening to the insects buzz and feeling the sun warm his fur.
