6 Week Class Series

Participants will:

• develop a personal & online community mindfulness practice

• learn/practice/implement mindfulness tools for your students

• process experiences w/ other educators

• be part of the growing Mindfulness in Education community in the Greater Toledo Area and beyond

Mindfulness Expert & Classroom Educator, Jenn McCullough will be your guide:

• TMI Certified Mindfulness Expert

• B.S. in Education with graduate work in Special Education

• 5 years implementing Mindfulness programming in schools: working directly with students, counselors, teachers, administrators, and parents

• 27 years teaching experience (classroom and healing arts)

• 6 years as a classroom/special education instructor

• 21 years as Owner & Instructor at Integration Yoga with Jenn, leading private sessions, classes, workshops, and camps for adults, teens, parents, kids, and families (including work with those with disabilities)
