Our flagship Mindfulness 101 course is a six-week, comprehensive introduction to mindfulness practice created by Jay Rinsen Weik and TMI CEO Isabella Ryuka Weik. Designed especially for beginners, this course offers a supportive environment where participants will explore authentic mindfulness techniques to cultivate resilience and wellbeing in your day to day life.

Over the course of six weeks, you’ll learn:

  • Foundational practices of Mindfulness including origins of Mindfulness

  • Techniques to apply Mindfulness to your day to day life

  • Mindful movement to enhance body-mind awareness

  • Ways to build a personal mindfulness practice that fits into your routine

  • FREE BONUS: One yoga class for FREE during the 6 week program

Classes combine video recordings and in-person group discussions, empowering you to live with intention and a clear, peaceful mind. Join a community of like-minded individuals and begin this transformative journey with expert guidance.
