In this workshop, mindfulness expert and Zen Master Rinsen Weik, who has been practicing martial arts since the 1970s, will discuss how to become mindfully aware of your physical structure.
Rinsen will introduce specific energy movements, or chi kung practices, to encourage mindful embodiment. He will also cover mindful breathing techniques in order to channel the breath for optimal energy flow and vibrancy. Open to all; no experience required.
Workshop will include meditation, participant check-in, lecture, and interactive group discussion and Q&A.
